Located inside the Body Elite Wellness Center at 3052 Valley Avenue, Suite 200. The Opequon Center is directly across the street from Creekside Station. It is easy to get to by driving through town on Route 11 (Valley Ave) or by taking Route 81 exit 310 and heading north on Route 11, or by taking the Kernstown exit off of Route 37 and heading north on Route 11. Once you turn into Opequon Center, you’ll be facing my bldg... the big one with the clock at the top. We have several parking lots around the building. The building is ADA compliant. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor where my office is located.
