Who can attend: While most Study Groups are open to CS1 students, some will have a higher prerequisite, so please verify that you have completed the Upledger prerequisite to attend.

Multi-Hands CST Study Group & Clinic Days
Come learn how to work in a team with other CST practitioners!
The day will start off with Study Group where you will get multi-hands treatment yourself!
We will break for potluck lunch. Then we will spend the rest of the day seeing clients for 30 minute sessions.
Cost $90

$120- $360 (1-3 hours)
One-on-one:
-Receive a CST session
(I now have dedicated student session times before Tuesday Study Groups at 12:00 for 90 minute sessions or 12:30 for 60 minute sessions. Call/Text to schedule)
- Talk about CST, your business, marketing, etc (in person or on the phone)
- Practice; bring a friend on whom you can practice CST techniques. I will be available in a Teaching Assistant capacity, able to offer coaching on hand placement, body mechanics, and to answer your questions.
Small Group: For you and some Upledger trained friends. Set an appointment for 1 to 3 hours, and you arrange/confirm the group attendance. Work on each other under my supervision. You choose the techniques you wish to practice. Split my hourly rate amongst as many participants as you have.
Located inside Blue Ridge Professional Center at 2654 Valley Avenue, Suite A. Blue Ridge Professional Center is located between Claudio's Pizzeria and Malloy Chevy/Cadillac. It is easy to get to by driving through town on Route 11 (Valley Ave) or by taking Route 81 to Route 37 and using either the Kernstown exit or the Opequon exit. You will find Suite A directly inside the WEST entrance, which is the entrance closest to Valley Avenue. We are just to the left as you enter the building.
