For private mentoring (1-3 hours), there are several options:


One-on-one:

- Talk about CST, your business, marketing, etc (in person or on the phone/zoom)


- If you'd like to practice techniques, bring a friend on whom you can practice CST techniques. I will be available in a Teaching Assistant capacity, able to offer coaching on hand placement, body mechanics, and to answer your questions. 


Small Group:

​For you and some Upledger trained friends. We set an appointment for 1 to 3 hours, and you arrange/confirm the group attendance. Work on each other under my supervision. You choose the techniques you wish to practice. Split my hourly rate amongst as many participants as you have.Â
